Welcome to our agriturismo

Our four B&B rooms are set in a sustainably renovated farmhouse with a unique past — it once served as a convent. Each room is bright, comfortable, and full of character, with king-size beds, soft organic linnens, natural materials, artwork, plants, and vintage touches. All rooms have private, modern bathrooms.

Start your day with a homemade breakfast on the terrace, then head out with our personal tips for local food, beaches, nature, and culture. This is a place to unwind, feel at home, and enjoy the slower rhythm of the Italian countryside.

Book your stay

Ready to soak in the beauty of the Marche?

Choose one of our unique rooms — Mignola, Leccino, Raggia, or Ascolana — and start your slow travel experience with us.

Simple. Local. Sustainable.

We serve our breakfast outside on the terrace, with birds singing and views over the charming town of Potenza Picena. Start your day with an Italian coffee, and enjoy homebaked fresh bread, organic fruits, tea, honey and jams from our garden. We keep things simple — homegrown or local produce, and living gently with the seasons.

Relax, inside and out

There is plenty of space to unwind during your stay. Enjoy the front terrace, read a book in the shady garden, or nap in a hammock under the pergola. Catch the sunset from one of the quiet seating spots with a view.

Inside, there is a cozy guest area with a lounge, coffee table, and kitchen where you can help yourself to cold mineral water—and of course, a fresh Italian coffee. We also occasionally host relaxed sunset al fresco dinner evenings.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

What is your cancellation and payment policy?

In order to secure your reservation we ask you to pay the full amount up-front. When the booking has been confirmed we cannot accept cancellations but please get in touch with us to discuss the situation. We might be able to shift your booking to another moment that suits you better. We strongly advise you to get an cancellation-insurance just in case something unforeseen happens.

Is there a minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 2 nights. In July and August, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Are children and pets allowed?

We welcome families with children aged 10 and up.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate younger children. While our own kids live here at the farmhouse with us, we aim to keep the guest spaces calm and allergy-friendly.

For that reason, pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Are the rooms suitable for people with mobility issues?

Please note that the B&B is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Can we have dinner at the agriturismo?

We are happy to invite you to our weekly sunset dinners — a relaxed evening with good food and good company, right here at the agriturismo.

While we do not offer guest kitchen or fridge access, we are happy to share our favorite local restaurant tips and can help with reservations anytime.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary needs or allergies — just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Do I need a car to get to the agriturismo, and to get around?

Yes, in the countryside a car is the easiest way to get around, as public transport is limited.

Unless you are an experienced cyclist with a good e-bike (and ready for some steep hills!), we recommend having a car.

We plan to offer e-bike rentals and an electric car charger in the future, but they are not available just yet.

What are the best things to do nearby?

There is a lot to explore! Weare just 10 minutes from the beach and less than an hour from the Apennine mountains — perfect for hiking or biking. Monte Conero is also worth a visit!

You willl also find beautiful medieval towns like Loreto, Recanati, Macerata and Ossimo nearby, along with excellent restaurants and local food experiences.

In the summer, there are plenty of cultural events and festivals in the area—we are happy to keep you updated and help with bookings during your stay.

Can I buy your olive oil or cosmetics on-site?

Yes, we would be happy to! Our olive oil, natural cosmetics, and honey —made here on the farm by our beekeeper Antonio— are all available for purchase.

We also have sustainable gift packaging, making them perfect as thoughtful gifts or special souvenirs to remember your Italian holiday.

How can I support your sustainable efforts as a guest?

Simply by being here, you are already supporting our work — thank you! You can help even more by using water and energy mindfully, recycling where possible, and avoiding single-use items.

We also invite you to enjoy what the land offers—like our garden teas, homemade food, and refillable water—while leaving a light footprint during your stay.
